How does the subscription work?
As soon as you sign up, your Supermum product will be shipped to you and you should expect to receive it within 3-5 days. It will be delivered by Royal Mail, through your letterbox. So no need to wait around for a parcel. We will ship a new product monthly and will notify you by email a few days before sending.
Can I pause the subscription?
Yes, you can pause at anytime. You just need to contact us at info@youaresupermum.com and we will pause and reactivate once you're ready.
Do you offer FREE shipping to the UK?
Yes - shipping is FREE to all UK addresses.
Do you ship to countries outside of the UK?
We only currently ship UK wide, however we are looking to expand into the EU and other areas soon.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We are sorry that you want to cancel your subscription. To do so, please contact us at info@youaresupermum.com
What are the payment options?
You can either pay for a one off product or subscribe for a product to be sent to you monthly.
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
What is your return policy?
If you're not happy with your product in any way then please contact us within 30 days for a full refund. We are confident that our product is a great one and want our customers to feel satisfied with it too.

You can also cancel (or pause) your subscription at any time before it's due to be shipped.
Do you have a referral scheme?
We are so excited and grateful that you want to share our product with your friends. We don't currently have a referral system but we will be looking to organise one in the near future.
When will I feel the effects of the product?
Supermum’s Power Up is designed to help with how you’re feeling on a day to day basis as well as with long term benefits that you may not immediately feel the effects of.
There are ingredients present such as guarana seed, maca and B6 which should help with daily energy levels. However, if you’ve had less sleep than usual or no food then they are unlikely to counteract that.
There are lots of ingredients in the product that will improve your brain health long term also.
Everybody is different and therefore we wouldn’t expect the exact same effects for everyone. If you’re unhappy with the product then please contact us for a refund. We are here to help mums feel better and certainly won’t be causing additional stress by quibbling over returns. Our ultimate aim is that you feel good.
What is a nootropic?
Nootropics are a group of substances, some natural, that can enhance cognition, memory and generally boost the performance of your brain.
Examples of non-prescription nootropics include caffeine, l-theanine, panax ginseng, Cognizin, even omega 3s.
Is the product Vegan?
Yes, this product is vegan. All ingredients are from vegan sources and the capsules are vegan also.
Are there any other allergens?
There are no other common allergens present in the ingredients but the product is manufactured in a facility that handles walnut and celery.
Is this product safe to take if pregnant or breastfeeding?
It is not recommended you take this product when pregnant or breastfeeding. We are looking at producing a breastfeeding version soon. Watch this space.

Is this product environmentally friendly?
We have endeavoured to make this product as environmentally friendly as possible. Most of the packaging is recyclable and the boxes have been made from recyclable materials. The pouches are not yet recyclable. Are compostable pouches environmentally friendly? We have considered using compostable pouches but unless you have a compost heap or a commercial composting facility nearby, these tend to end up in landfill.
Our products are manufactured in the UK so this saves on airmiles.
Also, we plant a tree with every order and every social share or tag.
Are the ingredients natural?
Nearly all of our ingredients come from natural sources. There are many herbal ingredients but we did want to include some key vitamins and some of these are not possible to obtain from natural sources.

Am I able to take a multi-vitamin with this product?
You can take a multivitamin with this product but you may find you don't need to if you eat a varied diet. Supermum Power Up has many of the vitamins and minerals you would ordinarily obtain from a multivitamin.

Can I take this with other medication?
If you're currently taking medication, please consult a doctor before taking this product. All of the ingredients are here on the website so you can check before purchasing.
Can this product help with brain fog caused by Long Covid?
This product has been designed to counteract the effects of brain fog and there are numerous studies showing the effects of many of the ingredients on the brain. However, Long Covid is a relatively new condition so there are no current studies showing these ingredients will work in this scenario.
Is it safe to take vitamin and mineral doses that are higher than the NRV?
Yes, it's fine. This product has been designed with top nutritionist Shona Wilkinson. Shona is a member of the Professional Associations BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) as well as the Royal Society for Medicine.

Can this product help delay or reduce symptoms of dementia?
This product has been designed to help with long term brain health. There are studies that have been done that indicate positive effects. However, more studies need to be done to confirm the effects. We cannot say that this product will definitely help delay dementia or reduce symptoms of dementia.
